This investment range has been crafted after years of experience working with the highest quality designers. I want you to love what you’ve purchased. Exchange policies will vary based on the jewelry designer and the piece. Custom commissions are final sale. We do not accept returns.

Most clients receive recommendations within one to two business weeks. If you need a gift soon, let me know and we can do our best to expedite.

For custom engagement rings, a $1500 consulting fee is due upon completion of the ring. You can expect to more than make up for this fee with the savings associated with buying from a diamond wholesaler. For gifts and other custom commissions a non-refundable $375 deposit is due before recommendations are delivered. This deposit is applied towards your purchase and is not an additional fee. An 18% buying fee is applied to the cost of the purchase.
